JUNE 29th A visit to ADIRONDACK VIEW LAVENDER FARM for “You-Pick-Day”.
It is a beautiful farm of over 2000 English & French lavender plants.
You are able to pick as many bouquets as you would like at a $6 cost per bunch.
(Limited to 12, so it will be – first come basis.)
We will car pool from Marshalls parking lot, meeting at 12:00 noon.
It will take an hour to arrive.

JULY 4th The 4th of JULY PARADE down Main Street, Thursday
Meet @ 4:00 on Parkside Drive where the parade is organized.
PARADE STARTS at 5:00 PM
We will be marching with your own creation of a basket with flowers.
(Hopefully we will have a beautifully decorated truck following us!)
Of course, think RED WHITE and BLUE! We will be passing out some
candy and flower seeds (supplied by the club) .
JULY 17th A TOUR of WIGMORE GARDEN, Wednesday 11:00 AM
A guided tour of a gorgeous PRIVATE garden in Saranac Lake.
We shall meet at 10:00AM in the Marshalls parking lot to carpool.

AUGUST 8th Garden Club ALL DAY TRIP, Thursday leaving LP @ 9:00 AM,
Carpooling, heading to Ticonderoga with scheduled visits to:
JIM’S DAYLILIES - arriving for a 10:00 AM
We will have a colorful tour of over 325 varieties of daylilies!
Then we head to FORT TICONDEROGA for a picnic lunch. (BYO)
At 1:00 PM, we will have a private BOAT TOUR on LAKE CHAMPLAIN.
After the boat cruise, we then have a guided tour @ 2:45 PM of the
‘KING’s GARDEN’ on the grounds of the Fort. (We are also welcome
to tour the Fort after the garden tour if we choose.)
We have a LIMIT OF 30 people for the boat cruise.
The cost of this entire day is $40. YOU MUST *RSVP by AUGUST 1st
